We decided to not allow new direct funding into the ASM Pilot Market at this time.
This is purely on our own initiative and there is no prohibition by any court or government agency nor has there been in the past.

As of April 1, 2021, we will suspend both. We are in a leadership and business development transition period.
This is within our legal rights as defined by the Terms of Service as a clearly described experimental market (since day 1):

Account values continue according to the Bonus Margin video above and in general subject to the conversion to an exempt or regulated market.

ASM is an experimental market and has been since day 1. The Terms of Service clearly outline our rights to make changes as we see fit to maintain market stability and make the stated goals. Your continued use of this website and market are legal agreement to those terms.
